Research & Access
Research & Access
Understand public research, paid access and subscriber permissions.
Research / Investment Thesis
The rationale a manager publishes alongside a portfolio.
Research is the rationale a manager publishes alongside a portfolio. It explains the allocation choices and the investment thesis behind them.
During creation, a manager writes comments of up to 1000 characters describing the portfolio’s rationale. This research is part of what subscribers pay to access.
Research represents the manager’s views at the time of writing. It is not endorsed by horakl and is not financial advice.
Public vs. Paid Access
What anyone can see and what is unlocked by purchasing access.
Every portfolio has a public preview and a paid full view.
Public preview (no purchase)
- Portfolio name, icon, types and manager.
- General metrics: ROI 7d, ROI 30d, ROI Max, Score, Consistency, Discipline, Sharpe, Volatility, Max Drawdown and Tail Risk.
- Composition grouped by token type (preview).
- NAV evolution chart (7d, 30d, 90d, Max).
- Access price and view count.
Paid full access
- Full token-level composition (individual tokens, networks and weights).
- The manager’s research / thesis content.
- Rebalance history detail.
Token details and research are available after purchase. The public preview intentionally shows composition by type, not individual holdings.
Purchasing Access
How to buy access to a portfolio and what you receive.
To unlock a portfolio’s full composition and research, press Buy Access on the portfolio preview and complete the payment flow.
Access duration
Purchased access lasts 30 days from the moment it is granted, for the purchasing wallet.
The purchase flow
- Connect a supported EVM wallet on one of the supported networks.
- Open the portfolio preview and press Buy Access.
- Review the payment details (network, token, amount, access duration).
- Approve the USDT allowance if needed, then confirm and pay.
- horakl verifies the on-chain payment and unlocks the full view.
If you already have valid access, opening a portfolio takes you straight to the full detail view.
Access Rules
How access is tied to a wallet and what happens with inactive portfolios.
Access is granted to the wallet that pays. It is valid for 30 days and unlocks the full view for that wallet.
Inactive portfolios
An inactive portfolio does not accept new access purchases. Existing access for already-entitled wallets is handled according to the current implementation.
The exact expiration behavior for access to a portfolio that becomes inactive should be confirmed against the current implementation before relying on it.
Managing your access
You can review the portfolios you have access to from MyAccesses in the wallet menu.
